Items are curated for quality assurance upon purchase by The Hometown Label as well as items being packaged to ensure proper shipment and delivery to our customers. All items sold by The Hometown Label, THL, are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded. Product colors may vary in person from online photos due to the device being used to view items.
Bridget shares videos of products on Instagram to provide a closer look into each item. The videos will be saved in the highlights section. Send THL a DM, if you have specific questions regarding products.
Shipping
THL ships items purchased by 12 p.m. CST same day Mondays-Fridays. Next day shipping for items purchased after 12 p.m. CST. Weekend orders are shipped Monday morning. All packages are mailed via USPS.
THL is not responsible for any items after shipping at USPS. THL is not responding for items lost or damaged during transit. THL is not responsible for any damage caused to item(s) when opening a package. If tracking shows that items have been delivered, but the package was not received, the customer is responsible for contacting their local USPS.
